Q:  What is your return policy?
A:  Upon return of the item in the same condition as received and postmarked within 30 days of receipt we will issue a refund less the original shipping charge. Customer agrees to pay return shipping fees. Please contact us prior to returning any item for a return authorization number.

Q:  Do you combine shipping?
A:  Yes. We provide combined shipping discounts: Additional items may be purchased and sent combined for a discount. The buyer is to pay the highest S & H rate on the order and then $2.00 for each additional item. Buyer must pay for all items with a single payment to receive discounts. (Does not apply for International shipments.) International customers please contact us for combined shipping rates.

Q:  What shipping method do you use?
A:  We ship items using the United States Postal Service USPS and UPS.


Q:  Do you provide a delivery confirmation number?
A:  Yes, We provide a delivery confirmation number on all domestic shipments. Delivery confirmation is not available for USPS First Class International shipments.

Q:  What forms of payment do you accept?
A:  We accept MasterCard, VISA, Discover, Amex and E-Check thru PayPal and Google Checkout.


Q:  Do you ship Internationally?
A:  Yes. We ship Internationally to Canada & Australia only. See our Policy page regarding International orders.

Q:  Do you charge sales tax?
A:  Yes. We charge sales tax for items shipped to: FL (7.000%).

Q:  What is the status of my order/shipment?
A:  Please visit USPS.com or UPS.com and enter your delivery confirmation number.

Q:  When will my item be shipped?
A:  All items ship with in 24 hours of receiving payment except on Sundays and Holidays. Those items will be shipped on the next business day. Any orders being processed as a E-Check will be held until payment has cleared. Once payment is received and clears, your order will be shipped with in 24 hours.

Q:  Will you ship to a alternate address?
A:  Yes. If you wish to have your purchase shipped to a different address and/or sending it as a gift, please notify us. All shipments include invoices. If purchasing as a gift let us know and only a packing slip will be enclosed. International Buyers - Please note: We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
